Happy 2nd Birthday Paxten!!!!

OOOOh how time flies!!!! I can not believe Paxten is 2 years old. He has grown so much and is soooo heavy, which he will gladly tell you when you pick him up; "I heavy.". His vocabulary is growing daily along with his appetite (he gets that from his daddy). Every day it is something new. He found worms the other day at daycare so right now bugs and all outdoor critters are his favorite thing to talk about.

Paxten and I spent the morning between grandparents while daddy was at work. Paxten enjoyed his time at granma and pappa's in the swing, sand box and with pappa and his cars before we headed home for his afternoon nap then waited for daddy to come home to dig into the cake and presents.

This birthday is all about Thomas the train and some new things, like music. PL likes to dance to music in the living room and "rock out" in the car. So mommy got PL a Little Tikes guitar and piano that plays music and lets him create his own. Daddy was not so happy when PL opened the presents and started playing but eventually joined in and enjoyed it as much as PL.

Since Paxten enjoys playing with my stethoscope I found a play set for him and he really enjoyed that since the shots don't hurt and it came with a play band aid. He still has a birthday party scheduled so he can celebrate with the rest of the family which will be at his favorite park in Marion. So more pictures to follow.

The video below is down right hilarious!!! Paxten got a pop up tent/tunnel of Thomas the Train that he really loves. Daddy had to join in on the fun and get into the tent with him. Watch and enjoy.
