Paxten's Birthday Party at the Park

Since Paxten's birthday was on a Thursday we decided to have his party on Saturday so everyone could enjoy. And since Paxten LOVES the park in Marion (there is a train there that he loves to play on, plus the slides are kinda cool) we decided to have the party there. Seeing how he is only 2 years old we had a family party which was very nice to have all the grandparents and cousins in one place.

PL was able to enjoy the slides and most of all the swing. It was very difficult to pull him out of the swing to sing Happy Birthday and cut the cake, I had to promise that the presents would be opened soon after.

He's getting better at opening the presents but still requires a little help sometimes. Paxten couldn't wait to play with his new trucks and take them for a spin.

Paxten received many gifts which he is very thankful for, most of all the truck that he would not let go of even at home. He enjoyed his slide time with his cousins as well as running wild in the open grass. Paxten as well as his mom and dad thank everyone that was able to come and play this year, as well as very grateful for the gifts that he received. We did have to hide the lawn mower bubble machine till we can get Paxten and the mower outside when there is better weather. Thanks again to everyone!!!
